American Reliable iReli American Reliable Renewals starting in iReli with 3/15/2020 effective dates Starting with effective dates on or after 3/15/2020, American Reliable renewals will start processing through the iReli system. To learn more, click HERE Effective with renewals 3/15/20 and after, we no longer issue American Reliable (ARIC) homeowners policies in-house. American Reliable processes through their system, iReli. ARIC does not mail renewals to agents. You can access this by going to our website. Once logged in, to the left click on rater list, Personal Lines tab, and then the link to American Reliable iReli Homeowners system. Once in iReli click on Policy Inquiry and put policy # minus 2 numbers on the end. At the bottom you will see a PDF, click on that and you will find the policy (if there is not a PDF, then the renewal is not ready see yellow highlight below). The PDF is available the following day after issuance. From there you can print out the renewal. With this new system agents can go in; look up a policy, do an endorsement, process cancellations and non-renewals, alternate quotes and insured/agents can make a payment.
